Rates for renting Villa Banjar Beach in Lovina, Bali
Villa Banjar Beach uses seasonal rates
You always rent the entire villa, which sleeps 6 guests comfortably and up to 8, and the rate is per night for the villa, not per person. The price includes staff (chef, housekeeper, gardener and security), Wi-Fi (150 Mbps), energy, gas, chilled drinking water, a selection of chilled drinks, bed linen, household linen and (bath) towels, as well as 10% tourist tax. You only pay for your groceries and any extras you choose. For stays of 7 nights or more you receive a 10% discount and a free welcome package, with dinner on arrival and breakfast the next morning. Reservations
If you're seriously interested, we can place an option on the villa for you. Once agreed, we ask for a 40% deposit of the total rental amount. After the deposit your booking is confirmed, and you pay the remaining balance (+ a €150 security deposit) no later than 4 weeks before arrival, once your trip is definitely going ahead. You always receive the security deposit back within 2 weeks of leaving the villa.
Cancellation
We offer free cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival, with a full refund of all your payments. If you want to cancel or change the dates of your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to rent the villa to other guests.
Transport
We're happy to arrange your transfer to the villa. Our driver can pick you up in a private car. The cost is IDR 750,000 (about €40) for up to 4 people with luggage, or IDR 1,300,000 (about €68) for a larger car for up to 10 people. Transport costs are not included and are paid in cash to the driver on arrival.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is around 12 noon (unless otherwise agreed).
Is the price per person or per villa?
Per villa. You rent the whole villa with its garden and pool, for up to 8 guests, from €175 per night.
Is there a discount for a longer stay?
Yes. On stays of more than 7 nights you get 10% off and a welcome package: dinner on the evening you arrive and breakfast the next morning. Seven nights in low season comes to €1,225 for the whole villa.
How does the payment work?
After we agree you pay a 40% deposit, which makes the booking final. The balance plus a €150 security deposit is due no later than 4 weeks before arrival, and the security deposit is refunded within 2 weeks of departure.
Can we cancel free of charge?
Yes, up to 5 days before arrival. In that case everything you have paid is refunded in full. If you want to change your dates, let us know as soon as you can.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out around noon. If no other guests arrive or leave that day we are happy to look at an earlier check-in or a later check-out — just ask us.
