For your convenience, our staff can handle all your shopping. Just provide them with the money in advance for a trip to the supermarket or local market, and they'll provide you with receipts. We're happy to organize transportation to the villa. Our driver will pick you up in a private car, with a cost of IDR 750,000 for up to 4-5 people with luggage or IDR 1,300,000 for a car suitable for up to 10 people with luggage. Transportation costs are not included in the rental rate and should be paid in cash (Rupiah) to the driver upon arrival at the villa.
Check-in is available after 2:00 PM, and check-out is at noon around 12:00 (unless specific arrangements have been made).

Your rate covers all expenses:
- Rent and tourist tax (10%)
- WiFi (150 Mbps)
- Staff services (cleaning, cooking, laundry, gardening, and security)
- Help desk assistance
- Electricity, gas, and water usage
- Towels and bed linens/sheets
- Refreshing drinking water
- Access to the washing machine
- A welcome pack, including dinner on arrival and breakfast the next morning (applies to bookings of 7 nights or more)
